Get to Know Me and My Mission

Hi, I’m Maggie – The Dog Behaviour Nurse. I started my journey as a veterinary nurse, but my passion grew when I realised how much difference the right training and understanding can make for dogs and their families.

Inspired by my own two dogs, Milly and Bandit, and from the number of dogs that were euthanised due to behaviour problems, I knew I wanted to help others feel less overwhelmed and more confident with their pets, so that they feel they have more options.

Now, I combine my vet nursing background with positive, reward-based training to support dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. I am currently studying with PACT for my Dog Trainer qualification alongside Compass Education for my Canine Behaviour qualification.

My aim is simple: to help you and your dog enjoy life together, with less stress and a lot more joy.

My mission is to make life happier for both dogs and their people.

Using kind, positive reinforcement, reward-based methods, I guide families through challenges and celebrate every little success along the way.

I believe learning should be as positive and stress-free as possible for every dog, which is why I run specialised Confidence Clinics designed to build trust in a calm and supportive way. Together, we create lasting change – building confidence one paw at a time.
